once per month, soba chef lily tran and big burrito executive chef bill fuller create a custom menu and wine pairing benefiting a local non-profit organization. dinners are held in the second floor red room for an intimate group of up to twenty-five supporters.
we ask that the beneficiary charge a minimum of $100 per diner to be paid directly to the host organization. soba donates all food and wine for the evening. we do ask that the attendees pay a gratuity directly to our service staff.
